I'm looking for lesson plans aimed at Chinese teens to adult ages. I've never really had to teach this group before, and figured I could use some guidance. Majority of plans I've found with google seem a little complicated for the average student with a low grasp of English, or just too boring.
Could anyone recommend a website or particular book? |

I've taught high school students in China, mostly at the lower intermediate English level. I've used the website http://betterlesson.com/ You can create an account for free and search based on several categories; and many of the lessons come with resources you can print.
Depending on what you're teaching, https://macmillanmh.com/ccssreading/imagineit/ has a lot of resources at different grade levels and are aligned to Common Core Standards. They may not be lesson plans exactly, but they do have a lot of information for teaching different skills and they come with exercises for practice. In many cases, even though I was teaching high school students, I chose lessons/materials at 3rd through 6th grade levels.
Along those same lines, this website isn't exactly lesson plans but the books they have include short descriptions of the task and have exercises for practice. https://macmillanmh.com/languagearts/2001/teacher/teachres/workbooks.html
Hope those help. With some more specifics about what you're teaching, the English level of your students, etc I could offer other sites and resources I've found useful. |

The examples in the second link seem more IQ-based than English.
Without knowing what kind of English you are required to teach, it's difficult to comment.
However I feel FTs can add most value in Oral skills. Your students will get plenty of grammar and vocab from their Chinese teachers. |
