Having a house gives me way more freedom. I could even change my mortgage to a buy to let and become a greedy landlord leeching at least £800 a month from someone who wants to be remain free.

Me and you Hod are cut from the same cloth. Way to go, man. Hope we can meet for a beer soon and drink a toast to the beautiful beaches of the world and the beautiful exotic women that wiggle upon them . . .

I am exaggerating slightly as being a greedy landlord wouldn't be so lucrative with only one house. But it's a start and better than no house. I could even make it into three or four small apartments and rent to some of those free people.

But what about all those problem tenants that won't pay their rent or will simply trash the place? Haven't you been watching that riveting documentary on Channel 5 entitled 'Can't Pay? We'll take it away!'
