It pays to ask a lot of questions and to make sure that their HR department doesn't suffer from memory loss, i.e., make sure it's in your contract. The HR department in my experience seemed to be disorganized and devious and their first level managers, despite experience, to be devoid of ideas and disingenuous. In short, it may be adequate in the near term but due diligence is recommended. The company changed their name a few years ago and I'm learning why, on a daily basis, that may have been necessary. |
