I teach a basic English class to Freshmen. Last semester I used QQ as a platform for their speaking homework. Students answered questions under timed conditions. While it worked, the actual listening and checking aspect burnt me out quickly.
With Schoology, I'm planning to transition into a structured, discussion based system. My intention is to have students discuss topics, post videos, audio clips, etc.
Granted, it'll take some time setting up though.
Has anyone implemented Schoology or a similar service into the classroom? |
