|
|
Hello,
Can anyone help out?
My current school in Beijing China is not aware of how to go about the degree authentication as it is a new thing this year I believe. Has anyone went about getting their degree authenticated in China at a Consulate? If so, it would be quite helpful if you could share what you needed to bring to the Consulate and how long it took to get back. I've contacted the Consulate here in Beijing to answer my questions and it seems they can do it, but I'm not getting a complete answer on what I need to get it done and how long it takes to be returned. Also, does anyone know if this authentication means the same as a degree being apostilled?
It seems like many people are not sure about this process that are already living in China. Even my HR has no idea. I appreciate any information. My new school in Shanghai says I can do it with a company and it will take 21 days to be returned, but I have to go in person to get it done (I don't plan on going to Shanghai anytime soon). The company also needs original transcripts, my degree and passport.
Cheers! |

^Cheers for the links! I think I panicked for nothing. I can easily get it done in a day when I'm in Canada this summer. |
