I was wondering when someone would ask this question.
The FEC book mentioned that it belonged to us. The new card has no wording on it to this effect.
It will be largely your employers call on this. The card doesn't really have any significant use other than prove you can work. Your resident permit is what proves you can legally reside in China. |
