Time to call out some shady biz.

Grosvenor posted an ad a month ago on tefl.com recruiting for god knows whom, advertising a salary of 30-36k pounds sterling.

I emailed them, as I more than met the qualifications listed. Got a reply 2 days later, asking if I wanted to proceed with the application. I replied with a list of typical questions to be answered, since the original ad listed very few details.

Never got a response, and a week later saw the same ad, by the same company, re-listed offering 4,000 pounds less than the original ad.

Shady, shady, shady. Consider ye warned.

Advertising again.

Sounds like 'Colleges of Excellence' programme (but not for Interserve as they are in Khobar, Al Quwayiyah and Jazan).

Which CoE group has collegs in the areas listed?
"Locations include, but are not restricted to;
Al Khobar, Al Kharj, Mecca, Medina,Jeddah, Buraydah."

Or is it possibly for Al Khaleej?

That's because they're a British recruiting agency and not a Saudi employer.

As for the OP's complaint in 2014 that they never responded to him... Many recruiters don't want to waste time answering questions from people who haven't submitted an application/CV (or yet interviewed). Recruiters see these random inquiries as either: 1) indecisive job seekers fishing for info to see if it's even worth applying, or 2) other recruitment agents looking for additional info in order to compete for the same business.

I sussed that they were a small recruitment outfit in the UK and that the three 'employees' did not refer to teachers in Saudi.
