Is there anyway I can move over to UAE with the following:

BA writing and Literature, ba visual art, TESOL, PET Certification, ICT certification, 14 years experience.

Thanks in advance. [/list]

Not likely. You'd need a TESOL-related MA and post-degree experience to qualify for the very few university positions that may trickle in. A teaching license/certification and related degree is becoming the norm for k-12 positions.

Try MOE.

They are currently recruiting at all levels. The salary is ok but the level of mismanagement reportedly rivals Saudi Arabia. But the culture is very different so might make it bearable.

Yep. Some teachers on that MoE contract definitely aren't having "fun."
