So they told me they could do it and yet when a co worker had them certify his degree, it was rejected by the school or bureau.

Has any been through this experience?

A Canadian Embassy or consulate cannot authenticate a document in the sense that Chinese immigration requires.

It must be done by a Chinese consulate in the jurisdiction that issued the document being checked.
