Hi all

I am currently looking for ESL/ESP Business jobs in Turkey..

I have an MBA and a CELTA with about 5 years of teaching experiences and about 6 of business experience..

I am looking to possibly run a centre or train/coordinate/manage ESL/ESP teachers.

What would be the best places to apply to??

Would you recommend further training/qualifications? or are there any places that help you progress?

Thanks in advance

If you were a local in the ME, the MBA might be enough to manage TEFLers, heck even a BA might. But most likely you'll need a TEFL-related master's to get hired onto a good program, let alone manage anyone. That said, the McChain schools might consider you for assistant manager, and you could work your way up. You could also consider being a teacher trainer, which can put you on sort of a leadership track. Or you could simply pack it in and just teach business and probably make more money.

Yea, look into teaching business at an English-language university. You'll probably make more, and it might be more interesting for you, too. Best of luck!
