Has anyone does an interview via Spark Hire?
I'd be interested in hearing from people who have actually experienced it.
thanks

Not so helpful probably, but I think their software may require a rather high speed connection. The site recognized my built-in laptop camera but not my headset mic (after inputting site-specific browser settings and trying a few different browsers too), while another site was showing input from the mic just fine.

There is a cable disruption slowing down the international connections from SE Asia (slightly - say, enough to notice it with streaming services) at the moment. So not sure just where the problem was.

Anyway, allow *plenty* of time to fiddle with their setup. And you'll have to install Flash Player if you don't normally run that (not the best for overall security). I don't mean to discourage you, but I personally disliked the high finicky level of the software just to get started.

On the upside, I attempted their software, left them a support ticket, and finally received an email offering a simpler Skype talk. Haven't completed it yet as I'm not clear about the precise visa they are pursuing and I sent questions about whether we should go ahead in my situation or not.
