I came across this thought-provoking 24-pg. 'Slideshare' ppt yesterday and posted about it on the Online Teaching forum. But I thought I'd post it here too since e-learners are not exclusively e-taught and it delves into important pedagogical issues sure to interest many. In addition, given the author's interest in tele-collaboration, a CELTA handout I received in 2014 listed a few sites of the sort I'm sure the author and even some of you might highly recommend to any teacher, be they trad'l classroom or online:

Link: E-Learning for Languages: The Human Dimension by Kurt Kohn, Applied Linguist with an interest in ELF communication and telecollaboration for intercultural language learning
