Can anybody please tell me what if any are the medical requirements for working in Oman, e.g. what does a medical involve, is it done in the country or before arrival or both? Also, does the employer pay for the costs, the employee or are they reimbursed afterwards? What is the visa process etc?
Info much appreciated.
P.S I looked through 4 pages here but couldn't find anything. |

I would guess that it depends on the employer. All of them require the medical tests done after arrival (usually done in the first week). A few may require that tests be done before you arrive... and then a few will be re-done after you arrive.
Who pays will also vary by employer. These are questions that should be asked if and when an offer is made.
