Haka have not paid salaries for December. Nor have they given any concrete payment date.

This is unusual for them and their communication of reasons and intentions regarding this matter are vague bordering on the obfuscational.

Can any 'in the knows' shed any light on this?

Could you confirm that they have only failed to pay those contracted to Aramco?

Other contractors have paid out of their own funds while they await their own coffers to be filled. HAKA have not done this, hence the delay.
