				| I need to visit somebody in Nonthaburi (Muangthong Thani, Bangtood Pakred, Nonthaburi).
I'll be staying in Banglampu. Any idea how to get there or how much it would be in a taxi?

Is there actually anything in Nonthaburi (other than this person I have to meet)?

 Thanks in advance.

				| You can take the express boat to Nonthaburi pier, but Pak Kred and Muang Than Thani are beyond that. You could take a taxi from there to cut your expenses. I think a taxi all the way will cost about 100 - 150 baht plus expressway expenses. Not greatly expensive but the boat is also more pleasant.

Actually their info is out-of-date. The fare has gone up a few baht and the Phra Arthit pier is no longer used for the express boat. Look for the Banglampoo pier instead.

				| Not too much in Nonthaburi - apart from the main prison of course if you want to depress yourself for the next few weeks..... | |
