After screwing up my previous application for this course in 2012/2013, I just received the offer of a place on the MA course "Adult Learning & Global Change".
This is a 2-year, online MA course that is offered by Linkoping University, Sweden.
The course link is here:
https://liu.se/en/education/program/l7mlg
It is not an M.Ed, but it should be an interesting course to study. Since I'm British, there are absolutely no tuition fees to pay |

| What on earth is that course and why would anyone want to study it? |

Er, perhaps if you click on the link, you can read about the course.
In a nutshell, it is about learning and teaching in developing countries, or countries undergoing change, (such as in Myanmar, where I teach).
As to why would anyone want to study it, do you only have to do things that have an immediate or direct or relevant effect on your life?
Years ago, I studied for a Thai MA at Chulongkorn University. I studied 'for fun', for academic interest.
I think you need to get out more |

In my experience it's usually the eternal student types who need to 'get out more'. |

| I remember being alerted to this 'loophole' (for lack of a better word a few years ago). Enjoy the course. |

I don't think that 'loophole' is the correct word to use. The Scandanavian countries all (as policy), offer tuition-free graduate and post-graduate courses to EU citizens, whether the course be online or on campus.
Is that a 'loophole'? |
