I have not been in the USA in a long time.
I have lived abroad, and my other main address is in Europe.
It seems there are some new visa rules, but I am not sure since I just saw some recent posts about it.
What has changed?
How could I get a background check when I am not in the USA?
What about the degree authentication?
Sorry if this is a repeat post. I am scrolling through the forum now. Please do direct me to the proper updated information.
