The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) is not a private company. It's an arm of the Saudi government that focuses on technical and vocational training. It's also not new.

| TVTC is the government-run umbrella organisation for the Colleges of Excellence and other entities. Previously, they were just like a board of education and let others do the training.. I think there has been some reorganisation in the last few years. |
