Hello Everyone,
I am just looking to brainstorm fun activities to public school children.
I have 300-400 students divided into 12 classes. So, class sizes are around 40 students.
I just want some very fun listening and speaking activities. I have my own ideas, and have used play money, chips, whistles, etc. But, I'd like to hear others who have found great speaking activities.
What follow up questions are needed? |

I've used a hidden object game which always seems to get them excited and talking. Get them to bring in an object from their homes, hidden in a box/bag. Students ask questions on it's use, colour, shape, size, etc.
Various takes on the effective yes/no game have been sucessfull.
Use of blindfolds with activities on the 5 senses is always fun.
Come up with your own and try to incorprate relia would be my suggestion. There are a multitude of resources and ideas available online these days. |
