|
|
Hi all,
When I worked in the Middle East I supplemented my lessons with Arabic speakers explaining English grammar. I would do all of the usual stuff, then show a YouTube video to explain it again in their L1. It usually benefitted the less advanced students.
I'd like to get something like that for Chinese learners, but YouTube is blocked and Youku is all in Chinese. Anyone know of any channels where decent Chinese-speaking English teachers do their stuff?
Many thanks. |

I would suggest not doing this. In the end you will need to explain the grammar from such videos, and your explanation might not match what the video says. Best case scenario you agree, worst case you don't. Maybe I am just thinking of my own students, but I would be careful. |
