My guess is that you timed out.
Most log in websites will stipulate a time that your computer can sit idle when you are logged on. After a period of time the log in automatically shuts you out for security reasons and you need to log back in again.
This helps if you forget to log out of a site and then leave your computer for a while as the site will close down after a period of inactivity thereby preventing others from using that site under your username.
Although you were 'using' the site when typing the site does not recognize that as you are on the same page. Next time you can either create your submission on word and then cut and paste it in here, or you can just keep submitting and editing every few minutes to make sure that it doesn't get lost.
Next time you have this problem try just entering your details at the prompt as in many cases your submission has actually been saved to the short term memory of the site and if you log straight back in again it will be saved to the forum database. If however you hit the back button or go anywhere else then it will be lost forever!!! |

Next time use MS Word to create and proof your submisison then cut and paste. It will save you some headaches. |
