I understand from this message board that to get a job in Vietnam I should just go there...but when is the best time to find a job in Vietnam? Or for that matter is there a best time?
Also, if I want a more sedate lifestyle, should I choose Hanoi or HMC?
(I'm am currently in Japan but I've had enough of living in concrete)

The best time is probably in May and June as that is when hiring is going on for the intensive summer courses. That is assuming you are talking about when to make the most money.
The only time when it seems like everyone is thin is Just before Christmas through to the end of the Tet holiday as things pretty much slow to a halt then. |
