Whats the current exchange rate to the Canadian dollar? I looked at http://www.cb.ktb.co.th/prod/bishis.nsf today and it says 30.82 baht to the dollar for travellers cheques. Is this the actual rate I can get or is this the middle rate?

Hoping its the rate I can get as it was 29.5 in January.
