Hey, EP-
All you have to do is contact the county clerk or registrar of your last place of residence in the US. If you maintain a US mailing address still, that makes it really easy... or use a friend's county, or your parents', or whatever. Ask them for an absentee ballot application. Some progressive places let you do it on-line... although that seems like an invitation to voter fraud.
Anyway, do it fast, cause Nov. 2 is going to be big!
