Can anyone tip me to a store with a large collection of classical CD's? I've been to the places in Pham Ngu Lao, or at least to several of them, and they all have tiny collections. I'm looking for a place that specializes in classical.
Also, does anyone know of a place for good live acoustic music, Western or Vietnamese? Could be classical, folk, world, etc.

| To answer my own question...While wandering fruitlessly around the Diamond Plaza area, looking for "big guesthouses" that supposedly exist and as far as I can tell do not, I found a small store with an adequate classical collection, or at least the best I have seen so far (long in piano and guitar, relative to other instruments): ONCE upon a time @ 217 Nguyen Van Thu in District 1. They also have some jazz. |
