I have just started the interview process with ILA and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them, both positive and negative comments would be great. It seems that they are quite professional, hiring CELTA teachers and that there is a focus on teacher development. They mentioned 22-24 hours. Is this realistic???
Any info would be great.

I worked in the Juniors department for a year full time and then part time in another department.
You will likely work Tuesday - Friday evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Pay is consistently on time and working conditions were very good when I was there. Which department will you be working in? |
