Hi all! I am looking for information on Montessori schools in Hong Kong and haven't been able to come up with much. This fall I will be going back to school to get an AMI Masters in Primary education and after finishing, would like to find employment in HK. If anyone has any links to schools there, they would be greatly appreciated. Also, I am familiar with the NET scheme but am curious if private Montessori schools are invovled with it. Finally, I was wondering about approximate salaries. I have four years teaching experience, but this would be my first year with any formal training. Thanks for any insight! |

Is this a joke? The 'schools' you refer to are private training centres and thus do not tend to benefit from govenment schemes!

Calm down tiger. It's not worth getting bunged up over. Anybody out there that has first-hand knowledge of Montessori schools in Hong Kong? |

This is one of the montessori schools. I think there are a few more. You can do a search.

I have pondered this matter for a number of years.
I now beleive it is a combination of made in God knows where cheap junk, with the fact keyboards are not effective ehrn used as ashtrays. |
