Just wondering what has happened to International House. So many ex teachers have so little positive to say about them. Apparently they pay less than the going rate, offer long hours, etc etc. Is this an overgeneralisation? There must be some good IH schools. I know they are like a MacDonalds restaurant for teachers now, but I don't understand what went wrong. Did they get too greedy? Over ambitious? Poor standard of inspections? What do people think? |

All of the above as IH moves more toward franchising & partnership schools. Money becomes the number one priority.

IH in Istanbul has been bought over by EF. Isn't this like McDonalds buying over Burger King? |
