I'm wondering if anybody has had any experiences (first-hand or otherwise) with the Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities in Baise, Guangxi?

I have been offered a job there. Anybody know anything about Baise?
I'm familiar with Guangxi having spent 6 months in Yulin, so I kind of know what to expect.

Also if working for a public university how much luck will I have trying to bargain up my salary. They are offering only 2500 RMB. This seems low for a Public Uni, even for Guangxi.
