I'm researching (and interviewing) with some schools in Taiwan and I'd like to get some first hand information on the cities (areas) in and around Tapei.

I'm also curious to learn more about Hess and the cities they have schools in (Taipei, Keelung, Taoyuan, Chungli, Hsinchu, Luodong, Taichung, Changhua, Chiayi, Taidong, Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung).

I'd like to get some reviews of these cities and also Hess as an organization to work for.

What exactly do you want to know? The cost of living is higher in the north, the weather is better in the south. It's pointless to discuss rents as you can find cheap places in expensive cities and expensive places in cheap ones. The east coast is much cleaner but there isn't a lot to do.

Why don't you do some net research? Almost all those places have webpages....
