Some of you might remember that I asked about working at Aston this summer. Well for anyone considering working at Aston in the future here is how they work.
After the interview they sent me a contract. For two months they did not sign it from their end or ask me for a signed copy. Then they emailed me a few days ago and asked when I am arriving. I told them that I had already made alternative plans.
Then they said they would blacklist me. Anyways, for anyone interested I just wanted to provide an inside look at Aston. |

| They can not black list you if you never signed a contract with them and never went through the whole work permit process. |

What is it about Chinese recruiters?
Lack of basic staff work like follow up � which is also called �customer service�.
Putting milestones in the process so both sides know what is expected and when. |
