Has anyone ever heard of "Sabah al kheer al Masr"??? It's published by the AUC, and it looks quite good (despite the price). Does anyone have any views on how effective it is as a language course?? Bear in mind I have a teacher as well, and that's what he is thinking we might learn from...
Just looking for opinions!!!!
Cheers

The AUC has published a new colloquial arabic lesson book called "Kullu Tamam". It comes with a CD disk with the recorded lesson samples. I'd say this is the best initial coursebook for learning Egyptian arabic without actually taking real classes.
