Hi, Iam starting a new job in Kochi, probably flying out some time in sept.
can anyone tell me which is the best route?i.e to fly to Kansai or Narita?
I've heard that getting a connecting flight to Kochi is easier from Narita airport than Kansai is this the case?
any advice welcome. |

| You won't get a connecting flight to Kochi from Narita as Narita is almost exclusively an international airport. You'll have to transfer to Haneda airport (90 minutes by bus and about 3000 yen) From memory Kansai to Kochi is only one flight a day so depends what time you arrive. There are lots of flights from Itami (Osaka's main domestic airport) to Kochi. Transfer time is just over an hour and is 1700 yen. Try Kansai if you can, better airport but be aware that Narita is much busier so therefore your flight options will be greater. ANA and JAL have English web sites where you can check flight schedules. |
