Just wondering about the Art community in Japans meduim sized cities, ie. Fu-kouka, Nagano, Hiroshima, etc ? Are there many small independantly/artist run galleries around? Are there any foreign artists over there? Whats the art scene like in general?

Ditto...I'm an artist and a mold-maker and was wondering what the art scene was like. I wouldn't mind getting some extra work making molds for bronzes while I'm there.
