| I've read on the general forum that there are opportunities for summer work in China. I've also seen a few ads, but I'm too sceptical to go in with my eyes shut. Can anyone recommend any particular school that they have a good experience with in terms of achievable work load and payment on time? Any suggestions/advice gratefully received. |

I once worked for Linguaphone in Guangzhou. The pay was good, the hours were good and half of my students were genuinely interested.
The main problem with such schools is not how they treat you. Their problem is that students need holidays, which their stupid parents steal from them by enrolling them at such schools who only are interested in the extra income.
