Can someone tell me if a center known as I to I a good place to recieve an
TEFL certification . this is an on=line group but also has schools set up an many countrys.

A good on-line course that'll give you an idea of whether you want to get into teaching or not. However, it has no practical aspect so you are recommended to take the course at one of their centers to get the teaching practice in front of a class if you have never done it before. I always saw the on-line course as aimed at people who were already teaching without a cert. and wanted to get one.
