Hello from New Zealand!
I am having a phone interview today with Dammam Community College!
Could someone tell me about this school. It is also called Al-Falak Company.
I am a bit confused regarding the College and the Company names. Anyway,
they are probably desperate for teachers, and they are wanting staff for September 1st. It is now August 27th here today. Would GREATLY appreciate feedback on this school. Thanks so MUCH!!!!

Keep looking down the thread and you will find many comments about DCC. Al Falak is the recruiter and during the first part of this year, claimed they needed to hire 30 instructors. Many of those recruits quit after a very short time, saying that the students were a handfull and Al Falak was not very supportive. Of course, the Oasis Compound hostage takings and beheading took place at the same time, so draw your own conclusions. Al Falak pays more than a direct hire to DCC, but it up to you to pay for everything, including visa, accommodations, transportation, etc. You would also be hired on a Business Visa, which is only good for 3 months. You will have to arrange to convert that to a Resident Visa. I understand Al Falak doesn't help much and it is expensive. Do some research. If it sounds too good, it probably is!

Direct hire is better than with Al-Falak.
