I'm teaching a group of advanced learners who prefer free speaking to using a book. As it can be difficult at times to think of new topics, can you suggest a website that has interesting discussion topics. I want to thank you in advance for any ideas.

Look at http://www.onestopenglish.com/News/Magazine/News/news.htm . It contains lessons for different proficiency levels based on news stories, and most also have a discussion question at the end. British English site.
