Can anyone provide me with any info on this place? I personally would like something that is more of a big city, but I have so far been told that this is not a big city. I need a place where I am close to nightlife and other 'happening' things. The upside that I have seen is that there is an International center where I can get free Japanese lessons as well as internet access.
