A couple that you mioght want to try are...
www.mekongesl.com
www.talesofasia.com
The second one is not so much about teaching, but will give you some info about the area.

www.ajarn.com

is the nexus for teaching in Thailand, and the jobs page actually had a very nice job description for work in Vientiane about a month ago (which I'm sure is filled by now). Their board would be better suited to answering your question -- or try the board at www.thaivisa.com. Keep in mind that Laos is one of the poorest countries in the world, that they get oodles of do-gooders who will teach there on a volunteer basis (compared to Uganda, or wherever) and that that severely limits English teaching opportunities for those looking for paid work.

Also, unless you have a MA TESOL and years of experience I'd wager that you need to be in-country to be hired.

I expect most jobs in Laos pay about 700 to 1000 USD a month, that it's easy to save on that salary, and that you'll be working 5 days a week with about a month of holiday in April at a decent job. All of these are rough guesses based on the region.
