How realistic is it to fly to Tokyo (I'm in Kyushu), stay in a cheap hostel and look for work? |

Realistic?
Hostels average about 3000 yen per day. This calculates to 90,000 yen per month, which is more than you'd pay for rent at a gaijin house. Since you're in Kyushu, you probably already know that you cannot count on finding a job in that period of time. It might happen. It might take three times longer. Are you willing to try that sort of lifestyle to get a job? It also depends on what sort of job you are looking for, when you come, and what your credentials are. |
