I was wondering if anyone has come across the Access Certificate in English Language Teaching. This is the firs I have heard of it. Does it have any merits, or is it just another piece of paper? By the way, it is issued by City & Guilds Pitman out of London, England. Sorry, but it might not be London but it is out of England.
