I'm doing some research now for what will be my first overseas position & I came across Russell Recruiting (http://www.asiangateway.net/index.htm). If anyone has any experience or information about this company, I'd really appreciate it.

If you've browsed these forums, you will have seen that the vast majority of posters advise against using recruiters. They get a good cut from the employing school and then promise you everything to get you to sign.
You can find a decent position here via direct contact with schools and deal with them one-on-one.
Try registering at http://www.thatsmagazines.com/classifieds/classifieds.asp?location=bj and then you can browse the jobs in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. Dave's, of course, has many positions listed, as does Abroadchina.com.
