Hi, have been in BA a few days now and have looked into work opportunities, it seems that English teaching does indeed pay as low as 10 pasos an hour. As always Im sure there is exceptions.
However to those of you wanting to learn Spanish and stay in a nice hostel its excellent here in BA. Can give more details if anyone is interested.
At least nobody is staring at me and calling me gringo, quite a relief after China. |

Why would the Chinese call you gringo?
What can you get for 10 pesos? Do you need much teaching experience to get a job? |

I'm thinking about BA in February 2005. Any ideas on what schools to look into? Thanks
