Hello anton:
Well I'm stumped.
However, it just crossed my mind that you might find some cool places to practice by clicking on the link below ... and then e-mailing these guys with your question. Their e-mail address is: [email protected]

You could also try the link below for some leads: Their e-mail address is: [email protected] or you could call them when you get to Bangkok at: 02 661 4688

Maybe you can contact one of the music conservatories in Bangkok (Yong Siew Toh is probably most famous) to see if there are any practice rooms available during the week.
Or contact one of the international schools that have music programs. Some of these have lots of pianos, not all of which are used constantly.
You might have to pay a fee, but see if you can contact a teacher at one of these places to find out more. That's what I'd do. |

Anton,
Many of the major shopping malls... Central and The Mall ... have private music schools within them. Think on the lines of an English school, but these teach music.
Most companies are open to rent a room to you if it is available. You will have to negoiate the fee, and if you know someone that can speak Thai, I recommend you take them. Otherwise it may not happen. If you are interested in a practice room with piano outside of the commercial realm, that may be somewhat more difficult but not impossible.
Hope this helps. |
