Hi folks, flying into Taiwan on business and staying through Halloween. Any ideas, tips, or clues as to where a single guy should be on a Saturday night? I'd appreciate the help and if I run into any posters here, I'll gladly buy the first round.
Cheers from Pusan.[/code] |

Thanks, I am single and in my 30's and I do like the ladies but action isn't all I'm after. I like to meet locals (both native and expat variety) wherever I travel. There's a good chance that I'll be in Taipei quite frequently if my meeting here goes well.
I've heard of Carnegie's, can anyone give directions from TRS? Any other Halloween eve suggestions?
Thanks again. |

Actually, I got a card from the hotel I'm at. Thanks anyway. Anyone recommend any other spots for the unknowing/unknown traveller? I went by the Tavern to watch the Sox, that seems all right for a short pull and the Hyatt bars are too stuffy for my tastes. |

Thanks for the tip. If you see a drunk, 6ft, 215 lb, 30ish Korean-American with a limp (tore muscles in my toe playing rugby), come on up for a pull at the bar, Phil. |
