I have an interviw with Peppy Kids. I know a bunch of people here either work for them or have been interviewed by them. Please share ALL your experiences of the interview process. Including specific questions, answers you gave. How should I dress? What should I bring? I don't have a degree and they are one of the only places that don't ask for one. I blew my Nova interview and I don't want to do the same here.

At any interview, you dress professionally, even if the job entails working with screaming little kindergarten brats. Wear a suit and tie. Remove any piercings.

I'll let others tell you about the interview details, but I have a question about visas. If they accept people without degrees, what kind of visa did you plan to get in order to work for them legally?

I think Peppy gets people to work for them on a WHV. Illegal to work f/t on it, but they do it.

How did you even get an interview with Nova if they knew you didn't have a degree?
