I'm moving to Fuji-Shi in November and know nothing about the area. I have looked online but mostly found info on the mountain. I'm used to Atlanta weather and don't know the first thing about snow.
Can anyone offer any advice/info?

Try this web site on the Shizuoka prefecture. It doesn't have any specific information on Fuji-shi, but that's only because it really isn't a major city of importance.

Best I can do.
As for winter weather, think about wearing layers of clothing if possible. They retain the heat better than a single heavy coat. |
