I've graduated and I'm looking to go back to Tokyo within the next six months. I've been scouring internet resources for positions in Japan, and I've not ruled out the big four Eikaiwa. I've stumbled into a bit of a dilemma, though it's nothing major.

What I need advice on is composing my resume/CV to fit the Japanese mold. I know that Japanese resume/CV's differ slightly from their American counterpart, and I'm curious to see what information everyone thinks I should add or withhold. Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers.
