Hi, I've read all the stuff on Kojen and it's a bit intimidating, especially since I'm going to be working there soon (probably). I don't have much choice though, I have no foreign experience and need to get out of the States. It also looks like all the chain schools have a lot of faults. I was hoping that I could get some info on which schools are better and or which directors are the best to work for.
I probably won't have much say in where I work, but just incase.
